Our remote support is done over a secure connection and permission to see and access your computer is granted during each support session. This service allows us to quickly see and resolve the problem without have to waste time driving to your location. This allows us to resolve your technical problem quickly which saves you time and money.

This service is offered as part of our monthly service contract or can be used on an as needed basis. The cost for remote support on as needed basis is $45 per hour with a 1 hour minimum charge.
