MCS Service Options
Maryland Computer Service offers 2 distinct options for technical services to help us provide the best customer service and support in a timely and cost effective manner.
Option 1 is a time and materials based option. When you need service, call us and we're on one way. You get charged based on the time we spend resolving your technical issue and any materials that might be needed.
Option 2 is a monthly service contract. With this option we provide monthly maintenance services to monitor your computer network, data usage, backups, etc. Also included in this is phone support; if you have a minor problem we can fix through a quick conversation on the phone, there will be no further charges. All of our monitoring is done remotely which keeps the cost of this service at a minimum and gives you piece of mind in knowing someone is monitoring your computers, servers and ensuring things are working as they should. Any onsite technical support that is needed will be billed as time and materials.
